Backup Exec 2010 and Exchange Database

Hello, 

I'm receiving errors when i want to launch a backup job for my Exchange server Mailbox Database. I have two clustered (DAG) servers named EX1 and EX2.

The errors is:

After googling i found a solution telling that i've to install a backup exec 2010 R3 Hotfix 180429. But nothing is changed!!

Please somebody help me.

Hi, What version of Exchange are you using?  Are you backing up to disk or tape?

Did you recently install exchange 2010? have the backups of the DB's worked previously or did they just now begin to fail?

There few different documents related to this issue so we would need to narrow down the symptoms a bit. If your B.E. server is patched up "Done by running live update or downloading hotfixes and service packs from the following link" http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH66724 then we would probably be best served by running the debug monitor while attempted to launch the backup job http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO11932 this will be done on the media server and both exchange boxes in the DAG.
