Backup Exec 2010 on Windows Server 2012

does BackupExec 2010R3 SP3 work on Windows Server 2012???

Win2012 as a media server is not supported by BE2010 R3. 

Refer to BE2010 R3 SCL http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH137682

Only Remote Agent support is available for Win2012
