Backup Exec 2010R2 : very very long time for indexing a snapshot

Hi,

we moved from BE 11d to BE 2010 R2 and it is for us a nightmare using CPS.

Before with release 11d, we made 3 snapshots per day. It took around 1 hour for indexing this snapshot.

Now, with BE 2010R2, for indexing only one snpashot, it takes more than one day ! Why a such difference ! We have changed nothing else. So what's happening ?

That TechNote is garbage!! I am having the same issue.  Indexing a single snapshot takes approx 1 day, so there are 2 other snapshots created.  IT WILL NEVER CATCH UP!!  Is this how Symantec wants this to work????

My server is a dual Quad Core Xeon with 8GB memory.  All it is doing is backup and only 2 folders with CPS.
