Backup Exec 2012 Agent for Applications and Databases License 14.0

Hello I have a Server 2008 R2 server that I need to install the agent for its running SQL Server 2008 Standard.  I just got the remote agent for it the Backup Exec 2012 Agent for Applications and Databases License 14.0 and I am unsure as to hwo to do it.  I was able to install the remote agent for the other servers but this one has sql on it.  Can anyone clarify how to install am I using the same procedure as the remote agents

You install the remote agent on this server as you would for other servers.  There is no difference.

You would need to install the Agent for Applications and Databases licence on the media server.  Click on the BE button then click on Installation and Licencing and Install Options and Licences to do so.  Follow the dialog and make sure you check the SQL Server option.

After this, when you browse the server with the SQL Server database, you should be able to Microsoft SQL Server node which you can expand to select the databases for backup.
