Backup Exec 2012 Couldn't install Agent for Application & Database (Licensed)

Dear All,

I have problem with Backupexec 2012, Agent for Application & database No Installed, I Tray to Install License & Agent separately but didn't work. Agent still not Installed.

I need to resolve this A.S.A.P. please give mi suggest or solution to resolve that.

Is this agent for a local server, or remote server? If remote, are you pushing out the RAWS agent? Is this what you're referring too when you say the installation fails? Thanks!

And I don't see the RAWS agen in Installation Selection.

Dears,

Ijust resolve my problem with stopping all service, delete all connected slf file, starting service, and install Agent of Apps & Dbs, and add the license file.
