I have been having problems this past two weeks with e-mail notifications. I have not made any settings changes nor have any LiveUpdates applied. All I can tell you is that Backup Exec decided to stop sending my notications and hasn't resumed since. I have reapplied the settings to no avail.
Anyone else having these issues??? HELP!!!!!!
Please check, are you able to send the test e-mail notification to recipients added in Backup Exec?
Also, try out to send the e-mail from outside the Backup Exec ( from your MS outlook ) to these recipients through the same exchange server which is used by Backup Exec.
Please let me know your findings.
