Backup Exec 2012 R2 - free upgrade?

  Apologies if this has already been covered elsewhere.  Can anyone tell me whether Backup Exec 2012 R2 will be made available as a free upgrade for those of us with 2012 already?

Yes, it will come via live update or can be manually installed once it becomes available.

Just to correct something: Complete product updates are NOT supplied via Liveupdate

It is also likely that the next full release will need you to update your licenses, however please wait for an official annoucement regarding upgrades and how existing BE 2012 customers will get new licenses.
