Backup Exec 2012 - Transfer License to a New Server

I was going to transfer license to a new server and on the new server I would to install is 3 agent for File Server, 1 agent for SQL Server and 1 agent for Sharepoint. Therefore, whether the license that I currently have is sufficient or necessary additions?

You have sufficient agents for your SQL and Sharepoint, but you only have 1 RAWS licence for 1 file server.  You need to buy 2 more RAWS licences.
