I need help and suggestion,
I configured backup with, Backup Exec 2012 replication between 2 backup exec 2012 Media server,
1st backup exec media server as CAS and 2nd backup exec media server as Manged backup exec server and 2nd media server´s deduplication shared with 1st media server,
I restarted backup, its completed successfully and also duplicated to 2nd media server and I can able to restore from 2nd Backup exec media server,
For DR test, I make 1st Backup Exec media server as OFFLINE and try restore from 2nd Backup exec media server, its not working.
Can anyone suggest and guide me, how can I restore from 2nd media server, if 1st media server is OFFLINE, because I read the white paper for Backup Exec 3600 applaince can able to replicate with seperate catalog, if seperate catalog means, we can able to restore, if primary media server is offline,
