Backup Exec 2012

Hello everyone,

I just need to know about the additional support for Backup Exec.

Does the Backup Exec comes with the support when we purchase a license as it says bundle within product description?

Suppose i need additional 2 years support let say for Backup Exec 2012 server, Do i need to purchase one additional essential/basic support license?
