Backup Exec 2014 Agent for Windows: not Licensed but License is added

Hi, I have 1 Media Server with BE 2014 fully patched on W2012R2 + 1 Remote Agent on W2008R2. The Remote Agent Trial period runned out and I've got warnings/errors when backing up my W2008R2. I bought 1 Agent for Windows License and installed it on the Media Server. BE still reports I'm not licensed and the backups return warnings/errors as before. What should I do to assign the license to the W2008R2?

Thank you.

Hi, thanks for the reply...

1. No. I didn't: I'll try and report back.

2. OK. I used (the 1st time I added it) the product license, not the maintenance. The system returned me "OK" after adding the license.

Will let you know ASAP.
