Backup Exec 2014 Alert: Media Error

Please assist to resolve the above error on backup exec 2014. This is after replacing a faulty drive on the NAS. Synology model:  5-Bay Diskless Network Attached Storage (NAS) with iSCSI/DS1513+ (DS1513+)
