Backup Exec 2014 - Backup to USB - The disk is offline

Hi

I am new to Backup Exec 2014 and are setting up backup of a SBS2011 server, the customer would like to use regular 2TB 2.5inch USB disks for backup.

I have setup each disk as a storage device named Monday through Friday and created a storage pool for the disks, the backup job is set to backup to the storage pool.

I keep getting the below error in the Active Alerts pane.

How can i disable this alert.

Afaik, this error is expected when the USB disks are swapped / unavailable and cannot be suppressed.
