Backup Exec 2014 GRT backups not working

Hi

I'm running Backup Exec 2014 64 bit on Server 2012 R2.

When backing up a Hyper-V host the job completes successfully in about 10 seconds with zero bytes backed up?

I have a list of virtual machines selected but still the backup job does not work. Even when I de select the GRT option it still completes successfully with 0 bytes.

Make sure the version of Hyper-V is on the software compatibility list. SCL - Backup Exec 2014 Software Compatibility List

Run Live Updates till you are current with the latest patches with the fully updated Remote agent pushed out to your remote servers
