Backup Exec 2014 - I can't connect to Windows Failover Cluster Hyper-v
Hi,
I have a Backup Exec 2014 14.1 Rev 1786 installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 Std.
I upgrade (in place) my Hyper-V cluster from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2012 R2 ( I created a new cluster name).
From Backup Exec I can connect to the single nodes but I don't see the VM running on this node.
And I'm try to reconfigure the VMs backup from the new cluster, but I can't connect on it, with the error:
Browser Failure (see attachment).
How can I fix this problem?

Re-create your job.

Hi,
thanks a lot for your reply.
I tryed to recreate a job for the cluster, but I received this error:
I reinstalled the agent on both nodes successfully.
The strange is that If I try to open a single node, I don't see the VMs because they are managed by cluster

I tryed to add the cluster as Hyper-v machine.
The first time I can connect to it, but now if I retry I receive this error:
Final error: 0xe00086ce - Backup Exec cannot connect to the remote computer. Ensure that the remote computer is available, that Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) is enabled, and that File and Printer Sharing and WMI are not blocked by a firewall.
