If the above doesn't help, try/check the following:-

1) The logon account is added in the format domain\username

2) If the password has changed for the logon account, edit the account and re-enter the password.

3) Confirm the account has rights as per http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH23689

BE services normally start, and work under domainname\u01BackupExec account, this account added as administrator on BE Server and target computers. Rights of this account enough for remotely install Agents on target computers and create backups are configured in the previous version BE14.0.

Today im full delete BE from server, delete SQL Express 2005 and reinstall BE again, nothing has changed - cant enumerate target computers resources. After weekend im try give u01BackupExec account domain admin right, and try again.

Can you please try to add the server to Backup Exec using its IP Address and try creating a new job?

Also, restart the remote agent service on the remote servers and give it a try/
