Backup Exec 2014 licensing

We are having problem for backing up our folders, I am not sure if our license are expried, (it only shows the maintanance contract is expried). Screenshot as attached, can you please have a look? Thank you.

The backups are failing with communication errors, network error and corrupt data encountered. Can you open each job log and narrow down on which resource the backup is failing and with what errors according you can search the Support.veritas.com page for relevant Backup Exec articles. Also take into account since when you have started getting these errors. Were any changes made that results in communication failure errors ?

For corrupt data encountered check the files on which you get this error. Are you able to backup them up if you select them in a separate job. Also check for any vss volsnap errors in event viewer on the server that is being backup up.
