Backup Exec 2014

I have installed Backup Exec 2014 V-ray edition and deployed agent on most of computer. I have one old SQL server that has Backup Exec 2008 running. I want to backup Backup folder on the D drive of SQL server using Backup Exec 2014 without interrupting existing backup and  without replacing old agent on that server. I just need to backup folder on secondary drive without replacing agent but Backup Exec shows erorr that it already has exisiting agent and needs to be replaced which I do not wish to change.

There is no such thing as BE 2008.  Which version of BE are you referring to?

BE 2014 can use the agents from BE 12.5, BE 2010 and BE 2012.  If the version of BE is older than these, then you cannot use BE 2014 to backup that server.  You need to uninstall BE from that server and install the BE 2014 agent to backup that server.  There is no way around this.
