Backup Exec 2016 cannot complete Exchange Backup

Dear all,

We are currently have a case that our Backup Exec 16 is running normal, can backup everything.

But one day it cannot completed the Exchange Backup jobs, it still runs like normal then keep running forverer without fail or anything just queue there and cannot complete (it was running perfectly normal the day before).

It still backup other thing like files, oracle DB normal on Exchange get this weird errors.

Please help!! Thank a lot.

If the failed backup job log has VSS writer related messages, please reboot the Exchange server and run backups. Else please provide the error details in the Exchange backup job log.

Hello, the problem is the jobs is not failed, it keep on running forever and seem stuck there. Its only failed when i have to terminate the agent services and media server.
