Backup Exec 21 Exchange 2016 backup failure

Dear All I have Backup exec veritas 21 . and i am trying to backup of exchange 2016. all things goes well but when i try to take backup of exchange database than backup exec unable to open infomation store . i attached screenshot . please help asap
