Is it possible to get Baremetal Recovery for Red hat linux web server and Red hat linux Zimbra server using Backup Exec 2014 ?

No, it appears to be Windows servers only. Check below:

The SDR feature of BE which supports bare-metal recovery is only for Windows systems. Alternatives are either NBU or SSR for Linux.
