I have a CPS server running Windows Server 2008 x64 SP2. The CPS console alerts tab has an entry with the message "CPS product updates are now available". Upon reading this message, I click Tools > LiveUpdate in the CPS console. This launches LiveUpdate, which connects out to the Internet, and reports back "All Symantec Products are up to date".
I know for a fact that my CPS product is not up to date due to the fact that my version numbers are quite out of date. Short of applying each update manually, what can I do?
