Backup Exec CPS patch 13.0.420.3701

Well recently applied the CPS2010R2 Hptfix 1 to our CPS enviromnent and it was a nightmare . The patch installed to version 13.0.420.3701 .

All our domain controllers were stuck trying to log into the servers and loging off the server . the only fix was to when eventory log in to to Uninstall CPS compleetimg and install it on version on the Media .

We now have a problem where i domain controller was installed by pusing the CPA agent to it from the CPS server wih ahas the patch 13.0.420.3701 installed . it tales 3-4 Hours to logonto the server and same to log off. We have tried to unstall  the CPA but it wont not install saying " using the setup.exe" to unistall .. we have tried unistaiiing with the setup.exe on the media but that complains its an older version than the one installed ..

CAN ANYONE HELP .....

You would have to perform a manul uninstall of CPS .http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH43886..You can probably contact support so they can help you with manual uninstallation as it requires deleting registry and files .
