Was speaking to Symantec about BackupExec CPS guide to determine ratio of how many servers per management console should be used when setting up multiple sites for back up. Unfortunately Symantec do not have any guides/documents available in regards to this topic.
I am assuming it will depend on bandwidth and size of data required for backup but is there a general consensus on what is the 'best practice' when setting this CPS sizing and what kind of performance degradation would be expected??
