After launching the tool with all shares selected the report shows a total of 5 MB on a total of 5 TB used.
The shares have been configured in the tool with an admin user and the second time with a backup service account. Both have showed the same repport.
What can be the problem ?

Which version of BEDAT are you using? Are you selecting servers? What do you mean by "all shares selected"?
Note: This tool requires domain admin credentials.

After 2 servers have been connected I sellect every drive on the next screen.
I have tested with a user that has access to every system within the network. Also tested with the backup service account.
Not yet with the administrator.

Do I need to open a certain port number ?
Also the windows file servers doesn't use the .NET 4 framework. In my test environment it worked well scanning a machine with the .NET 2 framework. Can this be causing the problem ?
