You can go for Silver Subscription license or Gold Subscription License (depends) which includes "Protection and Granular Recovery of Application and Databases". These editions are sold per front end TB

OR

Use Custom Edition -> purchase BE and 1 Application and Database License (this will cover your exchange)

Hello Micheal,

For a new BE 20.2 install, there are two Licensing options available - BE Perpetual Licensing and BE Term Subscription Licensing. For Perpetual Licensing, one need to purchase 'Agent for Applications and Databases' license as per the number of servers/applications need to protect along with a base BE license.
With Term subscription licensing, you'll need a minimum of Silver subscription licensing to backup Exchange Database. Please find more in BE 20.2 Licensing Guide.

Devang Gandhi

Please, could you tell me what it means the license "BACKUP EXEC 15 ARCHIVING OPTIONS FOR EXCHANGE 10-USER LICENSE"?

this is probably an old license from the time, when backup exec supported archiving of mail messages using the Backup Exec archiving option. This was discontinued later. more details here - https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100023956
