Backup Exec Inventory Issues

Hi,

I'm trying to add tapes to our backup exec media library, but if I put a new tape in the drive, run an inventory, it shows the media label as the previous tapes name, and it does the same for all blank tapes, and even ones I have labeled and used. We have two drives attached to this server, and both of them are exibiting the same issue.

Backup exec version is 2010, with all the latest patches.

Any ideas?

Its not a library, they are both standard LTO3 drives (IBM Ultium TD3). Using symantec drivers
