Backup Exec Job Engine service failed to start

Backup Exec 11d one day suddenly failed to do backups and it hasn't worked since.
Can't remember if I did some Windows updates or other changes to the system or not?

Backup fails with error "e00081d9 - The Backup Exec job engine system service is not responding."
So I went to check the services and found that all Exec services but "Backup Exec Job Engine" was running
and trying to start the "Job Engine" gives me "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

The Event Viewer had these errors starting from that very same night that backups started failing.

I have found a solution for the Network Load Balancing service at "http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/263037.htm" and removed the value PNP_TDI so that error no longer appears in the Event Viewer.

I have also found some post on a forum about the RSM service and changed it from Automaticly to Manual so
the two Events 15 no longer appears in the Event Viewer

So what remains are the two errors 7009 and 7000 regarding Backup Exec, and those two generates every time I try to start the "Job Engine" services, which of course fails to start.
What could be wrong?

I stil havn't found a solution to my problem, anyone?

I have found something weird though. If I stop the "Backup Exec Agent Browser" I can actually manage to start the "Backup Exec Job Engine" but after the Job Engine has started I cannot start the Agent Browser, it fails with:

So I can have either the Job Engine OR the Agent Browser running but NOT both at the same time, and both fails with that same error.

I have now reinstalled Exec with the newest build (7170, I had 6235 before) and applied all available patches.
But the problem still resides, doesn't anyone have any suggestion?

Finaly got it working by changing the user that Jog Engine runs as to "Local System" instead!
