Backup Exec License for Azure workloads?

If I deploy a Domain controller and a File server in azure and want to protect them using Backup Exec. In this case will need 1 x BE Server Edition license , 1 x Agent for App/DB , 1 Agent for windows. Correct? I won't need Agent for HyperV/ Vmware. Correct?

Yes, BE server license + an agent license for file server backup + An agent license for AD server

OR

BE server license + an agent license for file server backup + An APP DB license which will enable the active directory granular recovery( ADRA is not available if you just purchase the remote agent).
