Backup Exec Pending Jobs

HI,

 

When you have lots of pending jobs in Backup Exec 2010 R3 (their status is Ready;No idle devices are available). How can I cancel all of these? Is it possible?

Hi,

 

If you restart the services this would cancel the jobs.

It will cancel the jobs running at that point in time, but the others which are: Ready;No idle devices are available will start.

I think you need to cancel each of the jobs individually. You can't do a mass cancel

...the other option is to place those jobs on Hold (which you can do in 1 go) and then start them up individually.

Funnily enough I saw a TN around this which stated the issue was resolved in BE 11d and above...and I've had this issue before on BE 2010 R1/R2/R3..
