Go to Tools ---> Options ---> Media Management and check that the Overwrite Protection Level is set to either Partial (default) or Full.

Thanks, for your answer. The protection level must set to all or partial (default). The Media pool has an overwrite protection from 5 day´s. Which option must be set ?

You can set the overwrite protection level to either Partial or Full, depending on how you want imported media to be treated.  Quoting from the Admin Guide.

Full - Overwrites scratch media, which are media that contain data you are
willing to discard, and recyclable media, which are media that are associated
with media sets and have expired overwrite protection periods.

Partial - Overwrites imported media, which are media that was created by
another installation of Backup Exec or some other backup product, and
overwrite scratch media.

If you are not sure, leave it as the default, i.e, Partial.
