Backup Exec SQL error

I am getting the following error on some of my servers running Backup Exec on a regular basis. Any thoughts?

Event ID: 57345 Source: Backup Exec Error Message from the Computer: Database Exception Context:{CALL dbo.[AutoClearAlert](?,?,?)} Error:-536837662: :: -2147217871:Timeout expired :: DB Error Set 0: native=0xffffffff source=Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server hr=0x80040e31 Timeout expired

I seem to be getting good backups, but I am not sure what this error relates to. Please advise.

The same exact thing is happening with me. Did you ever figure out how to fix this problem?

Unfortunately no. We still get this error nightly. Gotta love Symantec's "moderated support forum". You don't hear from them in here...

I just started to see same error followed by 2 other below errors. Anyone has a solution for this problem?

I seriously wish someone would answer this!!!!!!! I am still receiving these errors also.

Did you ever find a fix for this problem? I'm not getting any good backups and the job history just says "loading" and nothing comes up.

After I rstarted the server, this error went away. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones...
