Backup Exec Server Service internal error (4313) Event ID: 57802 Category: 65535

Backup Exec version 12.5 Server Service fails to start after system reboot, or when trying to start service.

 

The only reference I've been able to find for this error are for BE 10, or older. 

 

Any idea's?

We have the same issue as you described here. Did you find a solution for the problem?

Try uninstalling and then re-installing .NET framework.
In most cases, this fixes issues with stopping services.
