Backup Exec Server Service terminates unexpectedly with Error ID 7034

Hello,

we're using Backup Exec 12.5 Rev 2213 for backing up our Windows 2003 SP1 Server.

Recently, the Backup Exec Server Service keeps terminating itself with Error ID 7034. As a result, backups are not executed until the service is restarted manually.

Looking into the event lists, the error seems to be associated with the frequent BEDB backup BE executes from time to time. I.e. the BEDB backup is executed successfully at 4:00:00 pm, the server service is terminated at 4:00:06. This happened 3 times now in 2 weeks.

Do you have any suggestions for us to solve this problem?

Thanks!

Have you checked the below article

Thanks for the reply. I checked the tech article before. There are 30 XML files in that directory, each around 50 MB large. Is this already to be considered as "large" as mentioned in the tech article? I assume that are the daily catalogs?

Thanks again,

Andreas
