Backup Exec Services wont start

I am in need of help, my services wont start. I have tried the credential inputs and nothing starts. It says they are not started or are not installed on this machine.

I checked the event viewer for messages and it shows the following

Hi,

Couple of things to check:

1. Make sure the SQL server service is started up;

2. Open up BEutility.exe and re-enter the credentials;

3. Make sure that any AV installed isn't perhaps blocking the services from starting up. If so, put in exclusions from them.

I cant find the BEutility.exe program? Do you have the exact location to try and find manually?

It is in the BE installation directory

No go, I tried to repair the program as well via the installation wizard and it keeps saying Warning Installation has been canceled.. weird

Now it gives another error, "Action ended 9:16:46: INSTALL. Return value 3.
