Is there a timeline on support for Windows Server 2012, even if it's provisional? I have four 2012 servers I am deploying and I need to know whether or not to wait until BE 2012 supports it or just use a different backup solution.

In my experience Symantec don't announce timelines for support of new versions. The first you know about it is when it's released (unless you're on the beta).
The technote mentions: An update to Backup Exec 2012 is in development. Does that mean that Win8 and Server 2012 will be only supported by that version and not by BE2010 ?
