I look this options in "Installation and Licensing\Install Options and Licenses on this Backup Exec Server" and can't find  options listed above, only this:

Do you have all the updates installed on the Media server with the updated remote agent pushed out to the remote servers?

Uninstall the remote agent, push out the remote agent again and try again

If the above doesn't help, untick the Agent for Applications & Databases from the installed features and complete the install wizard. Reinstall the Agent for Applications & Database license and check.
