Backup Exec and VMWare agent

Hello all.
I have Backup Exex with VMWare agent.
I ran into a problem with repairing the virtual machine from the backup.
First I made a backup of virtual machines. Everything went perfectly.
Then I want to restore a virtual machine on another esx server.
In task restore i select redirect, then input name of my Virtual Center and try select "choose the target location" and get Access denied (dee attachment).
How i can restore virtual machine on another server?

This article do not help me.
When i try redirect restore to deferent esx host.
I input name of my Virtual Center: srvvi04, then select account (this account have access to VC) and try select "browse Virtual Center and ESX". And get access denied.
Please help me.

For me it was the Windows 2008 UAC (User Account Control)
