Backup Exec can't restore V-79-57344-4629

Hi Guys,

Good Day!

I was trying to restore a file (size 100 mb) to its original location but i encounter this error.

I already checked the storage of the original location it's still have 514GB and the Backup Exec Server C: (free space 192GB)

already checked this article https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100014921

any idea of this issue?

What is the size of the full backup image? 

Has the staging location on the Media server been changed or still the default?
