Backup Exec cannot find exchange 2007 store

Have a client that I upgrade to Exchange 2007.  Cannot find the information store to back up when in backup exec.  have verified that a remote client is running on the exchange server.  Have setup rights based on symantec docs.  any other help?

Three things to check immediately:

1) Does the BE server have the Exchange 2007 tools installed?  If not, have the user start an exchange install on the BE server, select custom install and then select only the Management Tools.

2) Make sure they have MAPI-CDO installed on the Exchange server.

3) If this is a CCR cluster environment, make sure they pushed the remote agent to both CCR nodes.
