Backup Exec console crashes on open

I had Backup Exec Capacity Edition v16 which suddenly started crashing seconds after trying to open the console and Veritas support suggested upgrading to 20.3 which I did but that also did the same.  The result is I cannot use the software now as it will not open. A screen shot of the error is attached if anybody is able to assist please?
