Hello, im currently having this issue with my backup exec Version 9.20 Revision 1401 server edition.
When the backup Begins i get this error
The media server job log displays the following error:
Backup Exec developed an error while trying to synchronize the server using the Open
File Option. The backup will continue without using the open file option. Please
refer to SYS:\SYSTEM\OFM\OFMNW.LOG for further details.
Here is the log file, after that Backup exec becomes unresponsive and it kills the ipp manager service and none of my users can print on the network printers. i have to reboot the server about 2 or 3 times to get working again. any help would be deeply appreciated
