Bonjour,

Hi,

best bet is to uninstall the update that you installed, and get a backup going. Once, or IF, it goes through, reinstall the update and try a backup again.

Thanks!

What version of backup exec are you running ? In version 10.5520 it was a know issue.

Hello,

I tested yesterday the withdrawal of the Symantec patch, no change.
I also created a new backup policy unchanged as well.
Information architecture for here I have:
          - standalone Windows 2008 server enterprise V. 6.0.6002 Service Pack 2 Build 6002
          - Disk Backup PowerVault RD1000 Internal SATA
          - versiom exec2010R2 backup version 13.0 Rev 4164

The next steps I see are:
     - a backup file with a number of smaller
     - A check of the user running the agent to see if it has the rights to the directories to backup

I wish for now avoid installing software, because I want to understand what is happening.

Thank you for your help.
