Backup Exec error for VSS

hi, 

I get the error V-79-40960-38521 snapshot technology used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Server (VSS). 

on the Hyper-V, Integration Services I already check for Backup(volume checkpoint) option. 

but I still can't get full backup as well. 

please help.

are there other VMs failing with the same error ? Have you tried rebooted the Hyper V host ?  If this is the only VM where the backup error is seen, is there any history about this VM that needs to be shared ? How about check the Hyper V related event logs. What error does it show ? Since when are you running into this error and has this worked earlier?

on others server is running as well.

I still not yet try for reboot the host server.

Hyper-V-Intergration:

'EPC-SQLSVR01': The Volume Shadow Copy integration service is not enabled. (Virtual machine 78712712-858A-49D8-9926-48D6FFDAAA01)

this 2 error I get it.

but for the Interration Services State i already check it is up to date
