Backup Exec fails restore - "Unable to create restore job"

Hi, Using Backup Exec 2012 on Server 2003 I am trying to do a restore. The job reation fails with "Unable to create restore job" and throws "Unknown reason". Real helpful. Any idea's?

Have you installed BE 2012 SP2, if not please do so as it does fix a lot of issues. Also, what  are you trying to restore.

         Do you have a job with same name?

Please confirm if it is BE 12.0 or BE 2012. If its 2012 please follow the steps suggested by Jaydeep.

I do get this error message from time to time when the job creation is done when the media server is busy.
