Backup Exec server: Upgrade Windows to 2008 R2

Hi,

because we need to backup our (new) exchange 2010 servers, apparently we need to upgrade our Backup Exec server from 2003 R2 to a 64-bit version.

We would install windows 2008 R2 with the same version of Backup exec (2010 R2) on the same physical server.

How do I migrate Backup exec to the new version of Windows, on the same server, so I keep the same jobs, catalogs, licenses,...

You might as well take the opportunity to upgrade to BE 2010 R3.  Upgrade to R3 on your existing OS and then upgrade your OS.
