There is no agent support for these.

You will need to backup the databases by either taking your database offline and backing up the files, or by dumping the database to a file backup (using pgdump or mysqldump), and backing up that file with Backup Exec. If you dumped that to the Linux server, then you'd just need the Linux agent for Backup Exec.

Hi Nene

You can backup MySQL online with NetBackup.

Just FYI

Clarification on that...  You need to buy a 3rd party agent that happens to integrate with NetBackup.

Newer versions of MySQL do have a backup utility that can be scripted out.  Only in the most uptime sensitive environments will the 3rd party MySQL app be of any real benefit.
