Merhaba,

Backup Exec 2014 Version 14.1 Rev 1786  versiyonlu Yazılımımda IBM Tape Library Ts3100 Robotic backup ünitemle kullanıyorum. Tape Driver kafasını değiştirdik fakat cihaz 800 GB veriyi 16 Saatte yazıyor. Drive değişmeden önce bu sorun yoktu? Drive değiştikten sonra bu sorun başladı. Ibm tarafına case açtırdım kendileri Symantec driver kaynaklanabileceğini söylediler. Device Managerda gözüken Provider IBM yerine Symantec Yazıyormuş Bu konuda yardımlarınızı rica ediyorum.

Run tapeinst.exe to install the Symantec drivers for the tape drive. You can do a search for this. Then try the backup again.

also, Medium Changer Devices should show: Unknown Medium Changer, not the IBM device. Change the driver on this to show that too.

1. That is now correct.

2. Check the drivers tab on the tape drive. After running tapeinst.exe and installing the Symantec drivers, it should state the driver manufacturer is Symantec.

Then run the job again.
