Backup Exex 11d and Symantec Information Foundation Mail Security for Exchange

I can't backup my Exchange Public Folders. I keep getting this error in Backup Exec 11d:
 
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0008488 - Access is denied.
Final error category: Security Errors

Also I get errors in Mail Security for Exchange. It seems that Backup Exec triggers the "Unscanable File Rule".
I have tried to change the rule to "Log only" without luck.
 
I have tried the solution in http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/290764.htm regarding this issue but all Public Folder has logon user as owner and it does not solve the problem.
 
Anyone knows what to do ?
I'm manually doing backup of Exchange Public Folders with built in backup program from Microsoft. It runs without problems.
