Backup Fails for oracle database

Hi,

could anybody help me with this issue. 

when i try to backup test folder from x server it works fine. But when i try to backup the oracle database of x server it fails with below error message:

Job ended: Tuesday, May 06, 2014 at 6:19:51 PM
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0001403 - The logon account specified in the Remote Agent Utility cannot be authenticated. Update the entry in the list of authentication credentials on the Backup Exec server.
Final error category: Resource Errors

I have verified the logon credentials and all passed as in attachment2.

could anybody suggest what am i doing wrong?

i am running a trial version which is valid for 60 days.

Have you verified the remote agent utility is set up as in this TN  http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH59145 ?

What version of Oracle are you using? Check the SCL to make sure it is supported http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH175581

thanks for the tips. now the issue is resolved arising another issue which says 

the correct version of the agent for windows must be running on the target computer : Resource error

but i installed the agent from the media server itself to the agent server, so it is of same version.

now anohter issue after fixing authentication issue.

although i installed the agent from media server to the agent server directly.

surprisingly it is working now.

only a reboot was required for the agent server.
